Yes, Smile, Parker Finn’s much talked about 2022 horror film in which people suddenly engage in brutal violence wearing broad grins, has a sequel. This time around, pop megastar Skye Riley (Charlie’s Angels star Naomi Scott) is at the centre of smile-adorned traumatic events linked to a sinister curse, and from the look of the trailer, there’s a lot of freaky fans going around.
The cast also features Rosemarie DeWitt, Kyle Gallner, Lukas Gage, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Peter Jacobson, Raúl Castillo, Dylan Gelula, and Ray Nicholson.
Smile 2 is in cinemas Oct. 17.
