The Creighton and Akron Zips men’s basketball teams are scheduled to meet in a postseason tournament game at PPG Arena in Pittsburgh on Thursday, March 21. The game is scheduled to start at 1:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. CT. 

No. 3 seed Creighton comes into the matchup 23-9 overall. Most recently, Providence beat Creighton 78-73 on March 14 in the Big East Tournament quarterfinals. The top scorers for Creighton this season are Baylor Scheierman with 18.4 points per game and Trey Alexander at 17.6 points per contest. 

The No. 14-seeded Akron Zips enter the contest 24-10 overall. On Saturday, Akron defeated Kent State 62-61 in the Mid-American Conference Tournament championship game. Enrique Freeman leads Akron in scoring with 18.6 points per game this season.

The winner advances to face either No. 6 seed South Carolina or No. 11 seed Oregon on Saturday, March 23 in Pittsburgh.

The second package is Max Ad-Free, and that is $15.99 per month. If you’re mainly getting Max for sports, there isn’t much difference between Max With Ads and Max Ad-Free since sports will still include ads. If you pay one year upfront, you save 45% on Max Ad-Free at $104.99.
