While it’s not the newest iPad on the shelves, the 9th generation iPad (WiFi + cellular) is still our top tablet recommendation for most people. T-Mobile is currently running a 50% off deal on this bad boy when you open a new mobile internet line, which knocks its price down to a record-low $229.99 (broken down into monthly payments). For comparison, the WiFi-only model reached a record-low of $249 during Cyber Week.
